Getting started
What is Viridora?

Viridora is an AI intake assistant for real estate teams. It embeds a chat assistant on your website that answers visitor questions from your own listings and FAQs, then routes qualified leads straight to your team by email the moment they're ready to talk to a person. It's not a CRM. It works alongside whatever tools your team already uses, it doesn't replace them.

Who is Viridora for?

Real estate brokerages of any size that want their website to capture and qualify leads around the clock, without adding staff.

How does the demo process work?

Our team gets on a call and walks through the live product: the assistant answering real questions, the dashboard, scheduling, and the lead workflow. You ask questions about fit and setup, and get straight answers. See the full Demo page for more.

How long does setup take?

Setup typically takes 5-7 business days once we have your branding, FAQs, listings, and any other required materials. No code changes are needed on your existing site beyond adding one line of embed code.

How do I get started?

Book a Demo and our team will walk you through it from there, or use the contact form above if you have a question first.

Pricing
How much does Viridora cost?

Founding pricing is currently $497/month for Essentials and $997/month for Premium, with setup waived for the first few teams. In exchange for founding pricing, Viridora asks for honest feedback as you use it and permission to use a testimonial or review once you've seen results. See full details on the Pricing page.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No long-term contract for founding clients. It's month-to-month, and you can stop anytime.

Can I get a free trial or pilot before committing?

There's no general self-serve free trial or pilot right now. Founding pricing is already the low-commitment way to get started: month-to-month, no contract. During the founding period there can sometimes be a little flexibility depending on fit and timing, decided case by case rather than a standing offer. Book a demo to talk through fit before signing up.

What it does, and doesn't do yet
What's the difference between Essentials and Premium?

Essentials covers the core of what Viridora does: lead capture, qualification, routing to your team, lead packet emails, returning-visitor context, and website intelligence on common visitor questions. It supports up to 5 dashboard users. Premium adds deeper customization, full white-label branding, automatic scheduling (Vera can offer real open times and book, cancel, or reschedule a showing right in the chat), and post-showing follow-up reminders once scheduling is set up. It supports up to 20 dashboard users.

Does Viridora handle scheduling automatically?

Yes, for Premium. Vera can offer real open times pulled from your team's calendar and book, cancel, or reschedule a showing right in the chat. Essentials focuses on capturing and qualifying leads and routing them to your team; automatic scheduling is a Premium-only feature.

Is Viridora a CRM? Does it replace our CRM or other tools?

No, Viridora isn't a CRM. It's an AI intake assistant that captures and qualifies leads on your site, then routes them to your team. It works alongside whatever CRM or tools you already use, it doesn't replace them.

What doesn't Viridora do yet?

A few things aren't live yet: direct MLS or listing-search integration, and visitor-facing automated follow-up like SMS text messages, buyer listing alerts or watchlists, and automated post-showing follow-up emails. Those are still future, consent-based ideas, not available today.

Trust and data
Is my data secure?

Yes. Each brokerage's data is scoped and access-controlled per workspace at the database level, and the assistant only ever answers from information you've given it. It never invents facts or shares data across brokerages. This reflects Viridora's current security practices, not a formal third-party audit or certification.

What happens to the information a visitor shares in chat?

Name, email, and phone if shared, collected only to follow up about a lead, never sold or shared with third parties. See the full Privacy note for details.

Does the assistant replace our licensed agents for confirming listings?

No. Vera answers strictly from the listings and FAQ content your team provides. She does not independently verify listing details, availability, pricing, legal matters, mortgage terms, or valuations, and she says so plainly rather than guessing when she doesn't know. Your licensed agents and brokers remain responsible for final confirmation with an actual buyer or seller.

Will Viridora guarantee more leads or sales for our team?

No. Viridora can't guarantee any number of leads, conversions, or sales. What it does is make sure visitor questions get answered and qualified leads get routed to your team instead of going cold. Actual results depend on a lot of things outside what any tool controls.

If a homeowner asks Vera what their home is worth, will she give an estimate?

No. Vera won't estimate, appraise, or guarantee any value. She'll say so plainly and point them to a licensed member of your team to prepare or confirm a valuation. Vera never states a price or value herself.
